    I have only been on the phone with Neil, but I have never had better service with any other dealership ever except for here!Update: I live in Arizona. I put a down payment on the car I really wanted over the phone with Neil. My wife and I rented a car and drove to the California on a Friday night. Neil had the paperwork ready for us on Saturday morning. While West Coast Exotic Cars had the exact car I wanted, there was no pressure from Neil or anyone to upsell me on add-ons.I am extremely happy with my purchase, but I am very impressed with the way I was treated by Neil and the team there. Neil was also very obliging to answer some questions I had a few days after the sale and is willing to follow up with me.

    Before the car was even on the showroom floor, I fell in love with pretty much my dream spec of a 2022 BMW M3. I walked in and Aaron met me with just as much enthusiasm as I had, showed me the car while still getting polished in the garage, and helped me through the whole buying process. I could not recommend Aaron enough. He, like all the other folks Iโ€™ve met at West Coast, was nothing shy of personable and professional. Overall great experience.
