I can not say enough about the integrity of this dealership. My R8 arrived dirty due to the transportation company and no fault of theirs BUT they offered to pick up the bill for a full detail inside and out (the car was literally shipped 3k miles across the country). When I ran into a few issues within the first couple weeks of ownership, once again without hesitation, they told me to have it fixed and paid 100% of the cost. West Coast Exotics prides themselves in selling the cleanest and most dependable exotics and have 2 fulltime mechanics that go through the cars top to bottom. Occasionally things can be missed, we're all human, or can happen after the fact. The key factor is West Coast stood by their product to make sure I was fully satisfied. I'm certain some of the other exotic car dealers would have have said "tough luck, you bought it as is"! This was my very first exotic purchase and I was hesitant to do so but given this experience with West Coast and the integrity of their dealership, I would not hesitate buying another one from them. I am in Minnesota and was concerned and somewhat fearful about the prospect of buying a car from out of state without inspecting or laying eyes on it. I decided to make the jump and look for the dream car, a Ferrari 488 GTB. After dealing with a shady private seller and getting the run around from Ferrari of Las Vegas I found West Coast Exotics. I called to inquire and spoke with Aaron. From start to finish I got exactly what I was expecting. Really good place for exotic cars selection in SoCal. Service was topnotch, above all there was no push sale tactics at all. We came here a few times to look at this one particular car which is a maserati 100th year anniversary GT Centennial edition... extremely rare and this place was the only place selling it in the whole US. We decided to buy it after a month of debate. In and out in 20 mins. but more than that Aaron who handled our paperwork waited 2 hours past closing time so we could pick it up before going on the trip! Extremely nice of him and we thank him for his professionalism and accommodations. We are young but these people didn't treat us bad which sometimes we had issues at other places because of our age!
