    First I want to say, Thank you so much to the West coast Exotics team for the amazing buying experience.Frank was our sales rep and for a few weeks we have been in contact over a few cars. He was always quick to return calls and was straight forward the whole time. No bs, no games just great service.It was the best & fastest buying experience we’ve ever had in our life!We all know it shouldn’t take 10 hours at the dealership to haggle for hours on price then play all these games in the back getting that dirty car salesman vib! Gross 🤮There was none of that, I let Frank know. I was qualified for a loan. He asked me with what bank they had all the paperwork for the car done before my wife and I and Son Sean came to the dealership. We literally showed up and in under 20 minutes we had the keys in my wife’s hand and Frank was going over the new car and all the features.Thank you, Frank for your amazing hospitality knowledge of the cars and friendliness to our family. We would recommend you and your dealership to anyone and already have to a couple of our friends in Hollywood.After purchasing the Amazing Corvette that’s a collector edition, and only 11 in circulation. We noticed a squeaking sound coming from the left rear brake. I am in sales and customer service as well for Oasis Turf & Hardscape locally here in Temecula. In my opinion the real proof and test for a company Is not when everything‘s going right, but when an issue comes up, how do they deal with it?Getting five star reviews that are great, best, amazing.. can be a sign of good reviews but the real reviews are the ones that show you the other side of what happens when there’s problems?That’s where the real customer service comes in.I called Frank about a brake noise he Immediately said, bring it in. No hesitation no BS. No excuses bringing it in and we’ll make it right. We’ll take care of you..The next morning at 8 am I met withAlex in service He was absolutely amazing.. Very personable, very friendly and made me feel at home at the dealership immediately no excuses. We’re gonna take a look at it. They investigated The squeak. They switched the brake pads from one side to another to see if they can produce the same noise on the other side but no luck after the test drive still Squeaking. Alex called and text me with updates of what was going on with the car. He said they need to keep it overnight. The next day they replaced, the rear brakes took it for a test drive said it was finished and ready to be picked up. We had a slight dilemma. We were down in San Diego for a film shoot and couldn’t make it to pick up the car before they closed. They detailed the car again for us and Alex and the staff were so accommodating and nice enough to deliver the car at home for us. That’s going extra mile for your customers, that’s 5 star ⭐️ customer service.My family and I want to thank you all we really appreciate a company and employees who offer such great customer service.I will be by with some Navy SEAL coins for you guys as a token of my appreciation and we definitely will recommend you guys to all our friends and would definitely buy another car from you in the future.
