    West Coast Exotics is a top notch organization!! Met and spoke to Eric and what a cool guy!! He showed around to some of the different departments and really made me feel like family. He had some great stories!Neil was my salesman and was just a great guy to talk to and was very educated in high end cars.     I searched all over for my perfect AMG GT, living in Northern California ( Bay Area) I felt my options were very limited and my experiences were not the best, typical sales Guys trying to push me to buy a different color or different car. I worked with Aaron at West coast Exotics and my experience was the best. He was very reponsive and not your typical car salesman, super cool down to earth guy. I was promised the car to be in mint condition and indeed it was , it looked brand new. I bought a one way plane ticket and was picked up by Aaron in a sick neon green 4x4 AMG G wagon, went to the their dealership with a very smooth and easy purchasing process and drove my car home . Best experience , will go back to Aaron and the folks at West Coast Exotic cars for making it such a great experience.

    I have only been on the phone with Neil, but I have never had better service with any other dealership ever except for here!Update: I live in Arizona. I put a down payment on the car I really wanted over the phone with Neil. My wife and I rented a car and drove to the California on a Friday night. Neil had the paperwork ready for us on Saturday morning. While West Coast Exotic Cars had the exact car I wanted, there was no pressure from Neil or anyone to upsell me on add-ons.I am extremely happy with my purchase, but I am very impressed with the way I was treated by Neil and the team there. Neil was also very obliging to answer some questions I had a few days after the sale and is willing to follow up with me.

    I can not say enough about the integrity of this dealership. My R8 arrived dirty due to the transportation company and no fault of theirs BUT they offered to pick up the bill for a full detail inside and out (the car was literally shipped 3k miles across the country). When I ran into a few issues within the first couple weeks of ownership, once again without hesitation, they told me to have it fixed and paid 100% of the cost. West Coast Exotics prides themselves in selling the cleanest and most dependable exotics and have 2 fulltime mechanics that go through the cars top to bottom. Occasionally things can be missed, we're all human, or can happen after the fact. The key factor is West Coast stood by their product to make sure I was fully satisfied. I'm certain some of the other exotic car dealers would have have said "tough luck, you bought it as is"! This was my very first exotic purchase and I was hesitant to do so but given this experience with West Coast and the integrity of their dealership, I would not hesitate buying another one from them. Thank you West Coast Exotics, we're loving our R8!!!
