He is professional, responsible, effective and considerate. He provided powerful solutions for issues happened in the deal. Their cars are fully inspected to assure in immaculate condition.     I have only been on the phone with Neil, but I have never had better service with any other dealership ever except for here!Update: I live in Arizona. I put a down payment on the car I really wanted over the phone with Neil. My wife and I rented a car and drove to the California on a Friday night. Neil had the paperwork ready for us on Saturday morning. While West Coast Exotic Cars had the exact car I wanted, there was no pressure from Neil or anyone to upsell me on add-ons.I am extremely happy with my purchase, but I am very impressed with the way I was treated by Neil and the team there. Neil was also very obliging to answer some questions I had a few days after the sale and is willing to follow up with me.
