I have had zero issues with any of the paperwork or other items to complete a sell or purchase. They handle it all. Anthony I’m not someone who is willing to take the time to write a review( positive or negative) despite the fact that I feel that our current digital platform which allows a consumer the ability to share their experiences with a business is very effective and worthwhile. This is my first shot at it —— I’ve been very fortunate over the past 30 years to have purchased several exotic cars from more than a handful of corporate and boutique type dealerships. What does a potential buyer look for in a dealer sales executive in order to make a positive/correct decision when prospecting for an exotic or any type of car? The obvious requirements— car knowledge, market data information , trade-in values, current pricing, relevant car specs, loan rates knowledge, etc. There is one more attribute that should be an obvious but it rarely is— I’m referring to trust. After my initial 30 minute phone call with Aaron Johnson from West Coast Exotics, I knew that this was an honest and knowledgeable sales executive, someone that I could trust and do business with. During the several calls I had with Aaron over a two week period, he never pressured me to do anything; he acted like a true business consultant who wanted to provide me any all information that I needed to move ahead with a purchase. And yes, the purchase did happen and my 2022 Ferrari F8 Spider now sits in my garage in anticipation of warmer weather. Aaron handled every detail including transportation perfectly. In all sincerity, Aaron was a pleasure to work with and made the entire experience enjoyable and very rewarding. Thank you Aaron.One more thing- this is the first of 13 purchases of a Ferrari that I did without actually making the trip to see the car. That’s trust!!!Anthony
