I put a down payment on the car I really wanted over the phone with Neil. My wife and I rented a car and drove to the California on a Friday night. Neil had the paperwork ready for us on Saturday morning. While West Coast Exotic Cars had the exact car I wanted, there was no pressure from Neil or anyone to upsell me on add-ons.I am extremely happy with my purchase, but I am very impressed with the way I was treated by Neil and the team there. Neil was also very obliging to answer some questions I had a few days after the sale and is willing to follow up with me.

I had difficulty at the registry in Massachusetts, no surprise to those who live here, but Hunter was incredibly efficient at helping me overcome the obstacle. I should point out that this was not West Coast Exotics fault, the registry in Massachusetts is notorious for creating trouble where none exists. Very grateful for his help as well as Eric’s input. Highly recommend. The car is fabulous and the purchase price was reasonable.
