    Wow, wow, wow! My faith in humanity is restored! From the first conversation with Neil, to dealing with Finance etc. These folks seem to be governed by the simple philosphy: Do what you say you are going to do.Ours was a purchase from over 2,000 miles away! The car looked amazing on the website and it looked even better in person. Their detail/rejuvenation shop is second-to-none! They were prompt with getting the documents, delivering the car super quickly, and following up on small details that are important. The car was delivered and paid for, and they got the little stuff done, like a promised 2nd key delivered and programmed at our local dealership.My wife flew out, inspected and drove the car. She was really impressed with everyone. The impressed her with their helpfulness, professionalism, and capability.We look forward to doing business with WCEC again!

    I have only been on the phone with Neil, but I have never had better service with any other dealership ever except for here!Update: I live in Arizona. I put a down payment on the car I really wanted over the phone with Neil. My wife and I rented a car and drove to the California on a Friday night. Neil had the paperwork ready for us on Saturday morning. While West Coast Exotic Cars had the exact car I wanted, there was no pressure from Neil or anyone to upsell me on add-ons.I am extremely happy with my purchase, but I am very impressed with the way I was treated by Neil and the team there. Neil was also very obliging to answer some questions I had a few days after the sale and is willing to follow up with me.

    West Coast Exotics is a top notch organization!! Met and spoke to Eric and what a cool guy!! He showed around to some of the different departments and really made me feel like family. He had some great stories!Neil was my salesman and was just a great guy to talk to and was very educated in high end cars. There was nothing pushy about him and he did everything he said he was going to do.Aaron and Blake were also great to deal with!I highly recommend anyone to WCE for high end bitchin cars and look forward to buying many more in the future!!
