I put a down payment on the car I really wanted over the phone with Neil. My wife and I rented a car and drove to the California on a Friday night. Neil had the paperwork ready for us on Saturday morning. While West Coast Exotic Cars had the exact car I wanted, there was no pressure from Neil or anyone to upsell me on add-ons.I am extremely happy with my purchase, but I am very impressed with the way I was treated by Neil and the team there. Andy R Aaron was absolutely awesome and I couldn’t recommend West Coast Exotics enough. He was great at answering all my initial questions via text and over the phone…quickly and promptly. Prior to our visit he sent me detailed videos of the Viper inside and out. We found the car, chatted, flew down, and drove the car home. It was even more immaculate than I could have ever imagined.
