He was always happy to send me any pictures or or videos I requested. If I had questions, he was always there to answer them. I needed to find out if some recalls had been performed on the car and he didn’t waste any time in finding the answers. This was my first 6 figure car purchase and I was shocked at how comfortable I was with the whole process. That’s especially true since I had never seen the car in person (I had never bought a car sight unseen before). It was the best car buying experience I’ve had.
