After many years of waiting and dreaming i finally pulled the trigger and purchased my bucket list car. At the time there were a few examples of my car in the country, and I could have purchased it from a few different places including BAT. however im glad that I purchase from West Coast Exhotics. my experience was first rate from the first time i stepped into their massive wearhouse of super cars . I never felt any pressure, Everyone was mellow, professional and friendly. I should mostly give a shout out especially to Kenny who went out of his way on numerous occasions to make the selection and purchase process satisfying. Aaron was absolutely awesome and I couldn’t recommend West Coast Exotics enough. He was great at answering all my initial questions via text and over the phone…quickly and promptly. Prior to our visit he sent me detailed videos of the Viper inside and out. We found the car, chatted, flew down, and drove the car home. It was even more immaculate than I could have ever imagined. I have worked with Aaron Johnson now for many years both buying and selling cars. I have also had some small repairs done by the WCEC shop. I have always had 100% awesome experiences. I have had zero issues with any of the paperwork or other items to complete a sell or purchase. They handle it all. I have grown very fond of Aaron over these past years and recently met Eric Curran on several occasions and have bonded well with him as well. Kenny and Devon are my buddies and always give me rides home or whatever is needed, and I consider them friends. Aaron has become like a brother to me and a friend on a deeper level. I can not say enough about the integrity of this dealership. My R8 arrived dirty due to the transportation company and no fault of theirs BUT they offered to pick up the bill for a full detail inside and out (the car was literally shipped 3k miles across the country). When I ran into a few issues within the first couple weeks of ownership, once again without hesitation, they told me to have it fixed and paid 100% of the cost. West Coast Exotics prides themselves in selling the cleanest and most dependable exotics and have 2 fulltime mechanics that go through the cars top to bottom. Occasionally things can be missed, we're all human, or can happen after the fact. The key factor is West Coast stood by their product to make sure I was fully satisfied. I'm certain some of the other exotic car dealers would have have said "tough luck, you bought it as is"! This was my very first exotic purchase and I was hesitant to do so but given this experience with West Coast and the integrity of their dealership, I would not hesitate buying another one from them.
