They switched the brake pads from one side to another to see if they can produce the same noise on the other side but no luck after the test drive still Squeaking. Alex called and text me with updates of what was going on with the car. He said they need to keep it overnight. The next day they replaced, the rear brakes took it for a test drive said it was finished and ready to be picked up. We had a slight dilemma. We were down in San Diego for a film shoot and couldn’t make it to pick up the car before they closed. They detailed the car again for us and Alex and the staff were so accommodating and nice enough to deliver the car at home for us. That’s going extra mile for your customers, that’s 5 star ⭐️ customer service.My family and I want to thank you all we really appreciate a company and employees who offer such great customer service.I will be by with some Navy SEAL coins for you guys as a token of my appreciation and we definitely will recommend you guys to all our friends and would definitely buy another car from you in the future.
