What does a potential buyer look for in a dealer sales executive in order to make a positive/correct decision when prospecting for an exotic or any type of car? The obvious requirementsβ€” car knowledge, market data information , trade-in values, current pricing, relevant car specs, loan rates knowledge, etc. There is one more attribute that should be an obvious but it rarely isβ€” I’m referring to trust. After my initial 30 minute phone call with Aaron Johnson from West Coast Exotics, I knew that this was an honest and knowledgeable sales executive, someone that I could trust and do business with. During the several calls I had with Aaron over a two week period, he never pressured me to do anything; he acted like a true business consultant who wanted to provide me any all information that I needed to move ahead with a purchase.
