From the first conversation with Neil, to dealing with Finance etc. These folks seem to be governed by the simple philosphy: Do what you say you are going to do.Ours was a purchase from over 2,000 miles away! The car looked amazing on the website and it looked even better in person. Their detail/rejuvenation shop is second-to-none! They were prompt with getting the documents, delivering the car super quickly, and following up on small details that are important. The car was delivered and paid for, and they got the little stuff done, like a promised 2nd key delivered and programmed at our local dealership.My wife flew out, inspected and drove the car. I have worked with Aaron Johnson now for many years both buying and selling cars. I have also had some small repairs done by the WCEC shop. I have always had 100% awesome experiences. I have had zero issues with any of the paperwork or other items to complete a sell or purchase. They handle it all. I have grown very fond of Aaron over these past years and recently met Eric Curran on several occasions and have bonded well with him as well. I can not say enough about the integrity of this dealership. My R8 arrived dirty due to the transportation company and no fault of theirs BUT they offered to pick up the bill for a full detail inside and out (the car was literally shipped 3k miles across the country). When I ran into a few issues within the first couple weeks of ownership, once again without hesitation, they told me to have it fixed and paid 100% of the cost. West Coast Exotics prides themselves in selling the cleanest and most dependable exotics and have 2 fulltime mechanics that go through the cars top to bottom. Occasionally things can be missed, we're all human, or can happen after the fact. The key factor is West Coast stood by their product to make sure I was fully satisfied. I'm certain some of the other exotic car dealers would have have said "tough luck, you bought it as is"! This was my very first exotic purchase and I was hesitant to do so but given this experience with West Coast and the integrity of their dealership, I would not hesitate buying another one from them.
