The C63 Black Series was developed as the ultimate iteration of the formidable C63 AMG. Sharing engine components with the SLS Gullwing including a lighter crankshaft, forged pistons and connecting rods. With a new engine-control unit, it produces 510 hp at 6800 rpm – 59 more than the standard C63. The Black series also receives a 1.6 inch wider front track along with 3.1 inches at the rear hidden under aggressive widebody flares. Stiffened springs, fatter anti-roll bars, and adjustable spring perches are mated to two-way adjustable dampers for ultimate handling characteristics.
